When we were facing credit card debt problem back in 1990s, real estate was the only choice for me to work and take care of my children at the same time.

Being actively involve in private unit rental, resale of HDB & Condos, new projects launch (Le Cresccendo, Treehouse, The Scala, Kovan Melody, Latitude, Urban Resort, Lakefront Residences, MiCasa, Ferraria Park, Esparina, Prive, Adora Green, The Meyerise, The Luxurie, Arc at Tampines, etc) has made me an experience agent and help my clients in getting the right property within their comfort zone (financially and geographically).

After 6 years in residential, I am now steering into commercial & industrial.  With the current residential turmoil, I believe that commercial & industrial are the next wave.  Therefore, I am hunger for every chance to be experienced in these area and to surf HIGH when the BIG WAVE arrives.
